At a glance
Admins can manage company settings in Circula.
These settings include information such as the name of the company, but also the payment method, billing address and billing email.
Admins can access and edit the company information under the “Settings” menu item.
General Settings
Admins can access and edit the following points in the tab "General":
"Company Settings" include the following:
Company name
Company IBAN (the company IBAN is required for the creation of SEPA Exports)
Company communication language (This language will be used in all invitation e-mails to your employees)
Export language (This language will be used in all of your exported reports)
"DATEV Settings" include the following:
Consultant Number (Beraternummer)
Client Number (Mandantennummer)
Payroll Software

Admins can access and edit the following points in the tab "Billing":
Your subscription
Your payment method
Billing information
Billing settings in the web app.
Important!
Make sure that the address and the billing e-mail are stored correctly in the app.
Tip
You can use your Circula Creditcards as the payment method.
