The cancellation process for your subscription depends on whether you have a trial account or a paid subscription.
Subscription cancellations must be submitted in writing.

Cancelling the free trial
If you have created a trial account, your subscription will be cancelled automatically when your trial expires. However, please note the following:
Make sure that no card details have been entered in Billing.
If you would like to cancel your trial before the end of the trial period, please send an email to support@circula.com.
