How to set the language in Circula

At a glance

  • Users can configure language settings in the web app and mobile app.

  • Admins can specify the company communication language and export language in the web app.

Circula can be used in different languages. Each user can customize the language of their own account. Admins can customize the settings for the company.


Language settings for your personal account

In the Web App

  1. Click on your name in the bottom left corner and then on “Account Settings”.

  2. Under “Personal settings,” you will find the languages supported by Circula.

  3. Select your preferred language from the drop-down menu and click “Save”.

In the mobile app

Click on the “Settings” icon. Under “Language,” you will find a link to your system settings. There you can change the language.

Language settings for the company account (for admins)

Admins can customize the language of the company. This is divided into two areas.

  1. Navigate to "Settings" and click on the tab "General".

  2. Under “company communication language,” you can specify the language in which email invitations are sent to new users.

  3. Under “Export Language,” you can specify the language in which reports are created when you export data from Circula.

  4. Click on "Save" to finish.
