With certain email providers you can log into Circula using SSO.

  • You can sign in to Circula through different providers using the SSO feature.

  • To enable the SSO feature for your company, you need to get in contact with our Support Team.

  • The SSO function is reserved for the Professional Plan and the Professional Plus Plan. You can find more information on our prices and the functions included here.


Which providers can be used with SSO?

The SSO function can be activated for the following providers:

  • Gmail

  • Microsoft Entra ID

  • Okta

  • OneLogin


How can I enable SSO for my company?

To enable the SSO function for your company, please contact our Support Team. Our team will make all the necessary settings and explain the exact process to you.

How do I log in with SSO?

To log in to your Circula account via SSO, click on the marked area below.

If your company uses Google SSO, click on “Sign in via Google”

If your company uses another provider, click on “Sign in via SSO”


How do I log in with SSO to the mobile app?

  1. Enter the e-mail address you use to access your SSO service (e.g.: michaela.mustermensch@firmendomain.de). It is not necessary to enter a password on Circula's website.

  2. The app automatically recognizes that this is an SSO login and forwards you directly to your SSO provider.

  3. Finally, you return to Circula and are logged in.
