DATEV EO Comfort. Part 3: Export

Export of EOC data from Circula

After all expenses have been checked, the EOC information stored in Circula can then be exported for invoicing the actual costs (expense items, expenses for job/project).

Export data

  1. Select the expense or trip from the menu under Approve & Control > Expense Export.

  2. Click on "Export".

  3. Select "DATEV EOC Export" and download the file for EOC.

Export of (travel) expenses for contracts in the EOC format

📝 Note:

  • Only expenses to which an EOC project has been assigned will be reported in the EOC export.

  • By default, travel distances (number of kilometers) are transferred to the EOC export - but not the travel expense amount. This is determined in EO Comfort according to individual definitions.

Upload Circula export to DATEV

Now log in again to DATEV EO Comfort under "Record times and costs/ Zeiten und Kosten Erfassen" and select "Import externally generated booking file/ Extern erzeugte Buchungsdatei importieren". The export of the booking codes for expense items processed in Circula will now be uploaded for the final accounting.

What does an EOC export look like?

After the import into DATEV has been completed, the orders are listed under "Expenses/ Aufwände" with all saved bookings. These are divided into times and expenses (Zeiten/ Aufwände).

Under "Expenses/ Auslagen" all expenses and calculations stored in Circula are stored in the orders, which are used to calculate expenses to clients.
