DATEV recently released the new version of DATEV Belege Online, which is currently being rolled out gradually to customers. However, the first market version of the new application does not yet cover the full functionality of the previous market version. The rollout is taking place gradually, so timing and availability may vary depending on the user group.

The connection between Circula and the previous version of DATEV Belege Online is established and works reliably in day-to-day use.

If you would like to continue using the seamless integration between Circula and DATEV, please keep your current setup. This applies in particular to DATEV Unternehmen Online in the “Erweitert” processing mode in combination with the previous version of DATEV Belege Online. This setup is compatible with the Rechnungsdatenservice 1.0 used by Circula.

Switching to the new version of DATEV Belege Online may change technical conditions that can affect existing integrations, including the use of Circula.

With the new DATEV Belege Online version, it will not be possible to transfer document images and document data to DATEV Unternehmen Online for the foreseeable future.

At the same time, Circula is working on becoming compatible with the new version of DATEV Belege Online. To do this, we are implementing the DATEV Buchungsdatenservice. We will inform you again as soon as the implementation has been approved by DATEV and is ready for use.

DATEV is gradually introducing the new version of DATEV Belege Online. The previous version currently remains the recommended basis for use with Circula.

As long as you do not switch your DATEV Belege Online version, you can continue using your existing setup as usual.

For this reason, we recommend waiting before switching to the new DATEV Belege Online version until the full integration has been implemented.

We will inform you as soon as the technical connection via the DATEV Buchungsdatenservice has been approved by DATEV and is ready for use.
