Written by Özge E.

At a glance

  • Admins can manage the responsible cardholder for FX fees directly in the settings.

  • By default, the Legal Representative is assigned as the responsible person for FX fees.

  • Only active cardholders can be selected.

  • If the assigned person leaves the company, the assignment must be updated manually.

📌 Overview

The Responsible Cardholder for FX Fees feature allows Admins to define which cardholder is responsible for platform-related FX fees. Previously, this assignment was fixed and could only be changed by our Support team in the backend. By default, the Legal Representative was assigned as the responsible person.

With this new setting, companies can now manage the assignment independently and accurately reflect their internal ownership structure.

This feature helps you to:

  • Ensure clear responsibility for FX fees

  • Reduce incorrect assignments and manual reconciliation efforts

  • Update the assignment without contacting Support

❗️Important

  • If no changes are made, the Legal Representative will remain the responsible person for FX fees.

🛠️ How it works

  1. Navigate to the "Credit Cards" tab under "Settings".

  2. Scroll down until you reach the "Platform feed" section.

  3. Click "Change Cardholder".

  4. Select the desired cardholder from the dropdown menu and click "Save".

📝 Note

  • Only active cardholders are displayed in the dropdown menu.
