If you don't want to receive email notifications about rejected Benefits, you can easily deactivate them with just a few clicks directly in your Circula app and reactivate them at any time.
Disable email notifications about rejected Benefits
Go to your web app and click on your Name and then on "Account Settings" at the bottom right.
Now click on the "Notifications" tab.
Click on the green checkbox to deactivate email notifications for Benefits.
Done!
Enable email notifications about rejected Benefits
To reactivate your email notifications, again, click on your Name and then on "Account Settings".
Now click on the "Notifications" tab.
Click the grey checkbox to activate email notifications about rejected Benefits.
Done!
