The download includes users, user groups, categories, cost centers, cost units, VAT rates, suppliers, and benefit groups.
Each export is limited to 10,000 rows.
The data is downloaded as an XLSX file.

In the “Data export” tab, you can download your company’s master data directly from the Circula settings.
The XLSX file contains the following master data:
Users
User groups
Categories
Cost centers
Cost units
VAT rates
Suppliers
Benefit groups
You can use the data export, for example, to review your existing master data, get an overview of the data currently stored in Circula, or check specific information such as VAT rates.
📝 Note
Each download is limited to a maximum of 10,000 rows and is provided as an XLSX file.
🛠️ How it works
Navigate to “Settings” in Circula and open the “Data export” tab.
Click “Download”.
The master data is downloaded as an XLSX file.
Open the file and select the relevant tab, for example VAT rates, cost centers, or suppliers.

The export contains the master data stored in Circula at the time of download and is limited to a maximum of 10,000 rows.
