How to login and logout into AAD (Azure Active Directory)

❗️Please note: If you have set Azure Active Directory so that all log-ins are only valid for 90 days, you must log in directly to Azure at least once every 90 days OR deactivate this default setting in AAD so that the single sign-on functions smoothly in the long term.❗️

Azure Active Directory (Azure AD or AAD), part of Microsoft Entra, is an enterprise identity service that provides single sign-on, multi-factor authentication, and conditional access to defend against cybersecurity attacks.

In order to add Circula to the AAD single-sign-on, you have to manually set up Active Directory with your Circula account. If you want to learn more about how to do so, click here:

How to login

  1. Please log in to your Microsoft work account, if you're logged in already, please make sure you're logged in with your work E-Mail address and not your private account.

  2. Here, click on the Circula App

  3. In the new window that opens, choose an option to verify your identity

  4. Now Confirm your login request

  5. Done!

How to logout

  1. To log out, in to Microsoft, click on your profile in the upper right corner

  2. Go to settings and click on E-Mail and Accounts

  3. Below are Accounts used by other apps, click on the account you would like to logout from and click on manage

  4. Your company account will open up, here scroll down, and below your name, there is the option to logout everywhere

  5. Click on logout everywhere and confirm

  6. Done!
