Microsoft Entra ID (formerly known as Azure Active Directory) is an enterprise identity service that provides single sign-on, multi-factor authentication, and conditional access to defend against cybersecurity attacks.

In order to add Circula to the Entra ID single-sign-on, company Admins have to manually set it up for their Circula account. If you want to learn more about how to do so, click here:

You may occasionally need to log in and out of your Microsoft Entra ID account directly in order to log in to Circula with SSO. Circula only accepts logins that are newer than 90 days. If you receive the message "Authentication Failed" when logging in to Circula, please try this path first.

How to login

  1. Please log in to your Microsoft work account, if you're logged in already, please make sure you're logged in with your work email address and not your private account.

  2. Here, click on the Circula App.

  3. In the new window that opens, choose an option to verify your identity.

  4. Now Confirm your login request.

How to logout

  1. To log out, log into Microsoft, click on your profile in the upper right corner

  2. Go to settings and click on "E-Mail" and "Accounts".

  3. Below are Accounts used by other apps, click on the account you would like to logout from and click on "Manage".

  4. Your company account will open up, here scroll down, and below your name, there is the option to logout everywhere.
