Learn how to activate and deactivate email notifications for your rejected benefits in the web app

  • E-mail notifications about rejected benefits can be activated and deactivated at any time in the account settings.

Deactivate e-mail notifications for rejected benefits

  1. Log in to the Circula web app and click on your name at the bottom right and then on “Account settings”.

  2. Now click on the "Notifications" tab.

  3. To deactivate the notifications, click on the slider under “Benefits”.

  4. Do not forget to save afterwards.

Reactivate e-mail notifications for rejected benefits

  1. If you have previously deactivated the notifications and would like to reactivate them, log in to the Circula web app and click on your name at the bottom right and then on “Account settings”.

  2. Now click on the "Notifications" tab.

  3. To reactivate the notifications, click on the slider under “Benefits”.

  4. Do not forget to save afterwards.
