Credit card admins can perform various card management functions, such as adjusting the card limit, locking and terminating cards.

This article is intended exclusively for customers who already have access to all credit card functionalities in Circula. If you can see the "Credit Card Admin" option in the menu, you can follow the instructions provided in this article. Otherwise, we recommend referring to the relevant article.

As a credit card admin, you have all the administrative rights to your employees' credit cards. Among other things, you can increase card limits, lock or terminate them. You also have access to all transactions made with the credit cards. You can find more information in the respective chapters of this article.
Managing credit cards in the web app.
1. Adjustment of the card limit, limit frequency and transaction limit
To manage an existing credit card, go to the “Credit cards” tab via the “Credit Cards Admin” menu item.
Select the credit card you want to adjust from the list of active credit cards.
Depending on the card type, you can adjust the card limit, the limit frequency, the transaction limit, the card label or the purpose.
Once you are finished, click on the “Save” button at the bottom right to confirm the adjustments. In some cases, you will then be asked to confirm your identity.
2. Locking, unlocking, replacing or terminating a card
To manage an existing credit card, go to the “Credit cards” tab via the “Credit Cards Admin” menu item.
Select the credit card you want to adjust from the list of active credit cards.
At the bottom left of the screen, click on the button with the three dots.
Here you have the options to lock, replace or terminate the card.
To unlock a card, select the locked card and click on the “Unlock card” button.

3. Transactions
As a credit card admin, you can view all the transactions made by the company’s credit cards.
To view them, please click on the “Transactions” tab in the “Credit Cards Admin” menu item. In the transactions tab, you can view the following:
The card that performed the transaction.
The date and time of the transaction.
The name of the cardholder.
The name of the merchant.
If the respective transaction has been submitted as an expense.
The amount and the status of the transaction.

Using the “Filter” option at the top right, you can also filter by submission status, date, type, transaction status and card number.
4. Settlements
All settlements can be viewed in the "Settlements" tab in the "Credit Cards Admin" menu item.

5. Credit Card Statements
Under the tab “Credit card statements”, accountants who are in the group “Users outside groups” can view all transactions made with all credit cards within the company. These accountants can easily download the statements by clicking on the “Export” button in the row of the respective month. These reports can be downloaded in .csv and .pdf format.

6. Managing users
Under “User Management” you can reset the stored mobile phone numbers of users and adjust other important factors.
