Deactivate e-mail notifications for rejected benefits

  1. Log in to the Circula web app and click on your name at the bottom right and then on ā€œAccount settingsā€.

  2. Now click on the "Notifications" tab.

  3. To deactivate the notifications, click on the slider under ā€œBenefitsā€.

  4. Do not forget to save afterwards.

Reactivate e-mail notifications for rejected benefits

  1. If you have previously deactivated the notifications and would like to reactivate them, log in to the Circula web app and click on your name at the bottom right and then on ā€œAccount settingsā€.

  2. Now click on the "Notifications" tab.

  3. To reactivate the notifications, click on the slider under ā€œBenefitsā€.

  4. Do not forget to save afterwards.
