  • Every user on Circula has the option to create a tax export for their private annual tax declaration.

  • Admins can also create tax exports for all users in their company account.

How to create a tax export for employees as an admin

  1. Navigate to "Users" under the menu item "User Management".

  2. Click on the name of the user to open the detailed view.

  3. Click on the three dots at the bottom center of the detailed view.

  4. Click on "Tax export".

  5. After you have selected the year in the next step, click on "Download". You can then share the downloaded export with the respective employee.
