Before you activate a physical credit card, you must have received the card and entered your valid cell phone number.
You can carry out the activation process in the mobile or web app by entering the last 4 digits of the credit card.
Prerequisites
Before you start the set-up process with a physical credit card, you should make sure that you have received your card and have it in front of you.
Before your first credit card can be issued, whether virtual or physical, a cell phone number must be provided to enable secure processes with the credit card in the future.

Activating a physical card
Once you have received your physical credit card and entered your cell phone number, navigate to the "Credit cards" tab in the Circula mobile or web app.
Click on the yellow button "I have received my card"
Enter the last 4 digits of the credit card. You will find these on the back of your new physical credit card. After a brief check, the entry will be confirmed.
The credit card PIN will now be displayed. You can check the PIN at any time in the Circula app. Please always keep the PIN secret. Click on "Continue".
Your cards are now activated! You can now start making payments and submitting your expenses in Circula.
Activate contactless payment
To activate contactless payments for a physical credit card, you must first pay offline by inserting the card into a POS (card reader) and entering the PIN.
Once you have done this, contactless transactions are possible. For contactless payments up to EUR 50, it is no longer necessary to enter the PIN.
