Why was my submission rejected?

What do rejected submissions look like in the Circula App?

If any of your benefits have been rejected, you will receive a push notification from the Circula App. All rejected submissions will be tagged with a rejection reason by our team. This gives you the opportunity to amend or correct your submissions.

When you open the Circula app and navigate to your Benefits, you will see the rejected benefit with the amount €0.00 and a red dot attached. They have the status "Rejected".

Where do I see the reason for rejection?

Simply click on the benefit and you will see the reason why it could not be approved.
