The Benefits Dashboard gives admins an insight into the benefits that have made available to their employees.
Admins can download the various graphics as .csv, .xlsx, .json or .png files.
Which information and data will I be able to see in the dashboard?
The Benefits Dashboard will not only give you an insight into the use of the individual benefits, but also provide you with a general overview. While you will find information on usage and total amounts in the overview, you will find additional information for each specific benefit under the individual benefits, such as the lunch benefit or the mobility benefit.
The Overview
In the overview you will find general information and data. A detailed description of the various data points can be found below.
To access the dashboard, click on the menu item “Analytics”.
The overview of the Benefits Dashboard
Total users activated: The number of users that are able to use the benefit product currently.
Total amount redeemed: The total sum (in €) of reimbursed or reimbursable benefits.
Engagement rate: The % of users that are currently able to use the benefits product who have made at least one submission.
Amount redeemed | By month: The total sum (in €) of reimbursed benefits in a month.
Active users | By month: The number of users submitting at least one benefit in a month.
Amount redeemed | By category: Total amount distribution (in €) per benefit type.
Tip
You can also find the information listed above by clicking on the “i” in the respective dashboard or by holding your mouse over the graphic.
Important
Currently, it is not technically possible to make customizations to the dashboard.
The Lunch Benefit Dashboard
To access the Lunch Benefit Dashboard, click on “Lunch”. This dashboard gives you detailed insights into the data of the lunch benefits used by your employees.

Total amount redeemed: The total sum (in €) of reimbursed or reimbursable lunch benefits.
Amount redeemed | By month: The total sum (in €) of reimbursed lunch benefits in a month.
Active users | By month: The number of users submitting at least one lunch benefit in a month.
Activity rate | Current month: The % of users from all activated lunch benefit users who have submitted in the current month.
Employees with unclaimed lunch benefit | Current month: A list of all users that are able but haven’t submitted a lunch benefit in a month.
Acceptance rate: The distribution of accepted and rejected submissions for the lunch benefit.

The Mobility Benefit Dashboard
To access the Mobility Benefit Dashboard, click on “Mobility”. This dashboard gives you detailed insights into the data of the mobility benefits used by your employees.

The Voucher Dashboard
To access the Voucher Dashboard, click on “Voucher”. This dashboard gives you detailed insights into the data of the vouchers used by your employees.

Total amount redeemed: The total sum (in €) of reimbursed or reimbursable vouchers.
Amount redeemed | By month: The total sum (in €) of reimbursed vouchers in a month.
Active users | By month: The number of users choosing at least one voucher in a month.
Activity rate | Current month: The % of users from all activated voucher users who have chosen a voucher in the current month.
Employees with unclaimed vouchers | Current month: A list of all users that are able but haven’t chosen a voucher in a month.
Voucher distribution | By merchant: Overview of number of vouchers ordered by merchant.
The Internet Benefit Dashboard
To access the Internet Benefit Dashboard, click on “Internet”. This dashboard gives you detailed insights into the data of the internet benefit used by your employees.
