Credit card holders can be invited by admins through the User Management.
Important
Before a company can issue a new credit card for an employee, the employee must be invited to Circula, be authorized to use the credit card and the employee must have provided a valid mobile phone number. Otherwise, the admins will not be able to issue a card to the employee.
How do I invite new credit card users to Circula?
Click on the “User” tab under the menu item “User Management” and remain in the “Active” tab. Click on the yellow plus at the bottom right.

Once you have entered all the details, move the “Credit card user” slider to the right. Here you can enter details about the credit card. Then click on “Send invitation”.

How do I assign credit card rights for existing users?
Click on the “User” tab under the menu item “User Management” and remain in the “Active” tab. Click on the name of an existing user.

Make sure that the slider under “Credit card user” is on the right-hand side, and then click on “Save”.

Important
Make sure that you enter the name for the issued credit card correctly.
If the respective user already exists on Circula and has added the phone number, you will automatically be able to see the phone number in the “Phone number” field.
