Enable and disable notifications

Learn how to enable and disable notifications in the Web App.

At a glance

  • Notification settings for Expenses, Benefits and Credit Cards can be enabled and disabled on the web app.


Notifications for Expenses

You have 4 different options for expense notifications:

  • Notifications for new To-Do's (only for the user roles accountant and supervisor).

  • Notifications for expenses that are on their way.

  • Notifications about rejected expenses.

  • Notifications for unsubmitted expenses.

Enabling notification:

  1. To enable the notifications for expenses, click on your name in the bottom left corner and then click on "Account Settings".

  2. Click on the "Notifications" tab and use the toggle for the options you want to enable. Then click "Save".

Disabling notifications

  1. To disable the notifications for expenses, click on your name in the bottom left corner and then click on "Account Settings".

  2. Click on the "Notifications" tab and use the toggle for the options you want to disable. Then click "Save".

Notifications for Benefits

You have the following notification option for Benefits:

  • Notification about rejected benefits.

Enable Notifications

  1. To enable the notifications for benefits, click on your name in the bottom left corner and then click on "Account Settings".

  2. Click on the "Notifications" tab and use the toggle for the options you want to enable. Then click "Save".

Disable notifications

  1. To disable the notifications for benefits, click on your name in the bottom left corner and then click on "Account Settings".

Notifications for Credit Cards

You have 2 different options for credit card notifications:

  • Notifications for declined transactions.

  • Notifications for personal limit warnings.

Enable Notifications

  1. To enable the notifications for credit cards, click on your name in the bottom left corner and then click on "Account Settings".

  2. Click on the "Notifications" tab and use the toggle for the options you want to enable. Then click "Save".

  1. To disable the notifications for credit cards, click on your name in the bottom left corner and then click on "Account Settings".
