Everything you need to know as an administrator of Circula Credit Cards.

At a glance

  • As a credit card admin, you can manage your company's credit cards via the Circula app.

  • However, before you can access the various options, you must enter your mobile phone number on Circula.

Note

  • This article is intended exclusively for customers who already have access to all credit card functionalities in Circula. If you can see the "Credit Card Admin" option in the menu, you can follow the instructions provided in this article. Otherwise, we recommend referring to the relevant article.

Circula credit cards give you the opportunity to make your spending management even easier and more secure.


Adding a mobile phone number

Important

  • Before admins and users can use their credit cards, they must enter a valid mobile phone number and verify it.

If an admin attempts to perform one of the following actions, Circula will send an SMS with a code to the submitted mobile phone number for security reasons in order to verify the identity:

  • An admin is trying to issue a new card.

  • An admin is trying to change the card limit, the transaction limit or the frequency of the limit.

  • An admin is trying to reset a user's mobile phone number.

  1. To add your mobile phone number, click on "Credit Card Admins" in the menu.

  2. Insert your mobile phone number and click on "Continue".

  3. We will send you a code that you need to enter to complete the activation process.

  4. Your phone number has now been successfully added.


Issuing a new credit card

  1. To issue a new credit card, go to the “Credit cards” tab via the “Credit Card Admin” menu item and click on the yellow plus sign at the bottom right of the screen.

  2. Select the user for whom you would like to issue this card.

  3. Select the type of credit card. Here you can choose between a physical credit card, a virtual credit card and a one-time virtual credit card (card for a one-time transaction).

  4. Now you can customize the card by entering the limit and the monthly or annual reactivation of the limit, as well as the limit per transaction and the credit card term.

  5. Click on the yellow “Issue card” button. In some cases, you will then be asked to confirm your identity.

Important

If you cannot find the name of the user for whom you want to issue a credit card, the user has either not yet added a mobile phone number or the user has not been marked as the cardholder in “User Management”. Further information can be found here.

Note

If you opt for a physical credit card, we will send it to your company as quickly as possible (the average time is 5 working days) and you can then hand it over to your employee.
